Raychem RPG approached us with their product amidst the criticality of the product when the supply from their then vendors was both chaotic and inefficient. Frustrated by the inability to complete the schedule despite constant persuasion, they decided to search for and developed new vendors. We wasted no time in starting the development process and with a short span the product was into production.
Where 3 other vendors combined, were able to produce only 50% of RPG’s monthly requirements, Parmanand Industries alone was able to supply 3x of their monthly requirements. This helped them increase their business along with ours. This proves our efficiency.
In parallel to the production, multiple iterations would take place in-house to further improve the product. With continuous dialogue and communication with the customer, we were able to make necessary changes in our products that make them 100% efficient leaving no chances for rejection. This shows our commitment towards quality.
Parmanand Industries doesn’t just do production, we have a state of the art testing lab with high-tech testing machines like the Rheo-meter, Tensile testing and even HV testing. The in-house toolroom doesn’t only manufacture the moulds but even maintains and repairs them for hassle free production. With facilities like these, all our customers feel at home and are able concentrate on the final product with assured quality standards.
