Plastic Moulding
We began in 1984 as a rubber compounder and it remains as one of our core competences. Our in-house compounding and testing facilities give us an edge over our competitors. From natural and nitrile to EPDM and Viton, we have experience in moulding components with almost every type of rubber possible. With a facility of 35+ rubber moulding machines including injection, transfer, compression and even vacuum compression moulding machines. We possess both, knowledge and capability of manufacturing any kind of rubber component.
We have provided solutions to 200+ customers world-wide. Our plastic products are exported globally and extensively sold within India with a trade reputation for skilled engineering, timely delivery and unmatched quality. We are a major supplier for Electrical & Electronic industry and are proudly a part of India’s growth in this sector..
INJECTION MOULDING
We have a fleet of injection molding machines ranging from 17 to 750 Tons.
Injection moulding is a simpler, reliable and extremely efficient method of plastic molding which is suitable for complex features and detailed geometry.
BLOW MOULDING
Blow molding is a common process for production of hollow containers, ranging from commodity products such as soda or water bottles to highly engineered products such as gas tanks and electrical enclosures
Blow moulding process produces bottles of superior, visual and dimensional quality.
SMC MOULDING
Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) is a compression molding compound often used for larger parts where higher mechanical strength is needed.
Manufacturing of sheet molding compounds is a continuous in-line process.
Sheet molding compounds can be molded into complex shapes.
Superior mechanical properties and surface appearance, plus excellent electrical insulation make this thermoset material ideal for automotive Class A body panels, high-strength electrical parts, business equipment cabinets, personal watercraft, and various structural components.
MATERIALS AND STORAGE
Raw material is carefully stored in our 3500 sqft storage space.
We work with PolyKetone, PE, PP, TPE, TPR, TPU, PTFE, Nylon, NORYL, Polyacetal, PC, PET, PBT, PPS, PEEK, PVC, PPE, Polypropylene and all other engineering plastics and polymers.
ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING
We have in-house assembly and packaging line which enables us to provide finished good to our customers.
We provide assembled and packed goods to industries such as electric, electronic, automobile, cosmetic, consumer, dairy, safety and many more.
OTHER FACILITIES
SCREEN AND PAD PRINTING
Screen printing is a highly specialized process used to print on flat and flexible plastic surfaces. This printing method is compatible with various types of plastic and produces bold, bright, firm and metallic colors that make your designs stand out. It can also be used to decorate many plastic substrates, like signs, containers and displays. These find application in many industries such as packaging, marine, cosmetics, fashion, promotional items etc.
Pad printing can be used on products that are otherwise difficult to print on via other printing or stamping methods. It is highly versatile and can be used on irregular shapes and surfaces, complicated or challenging substrate materials with good speed. It is Ideal for transferring finely-detailed images with high print quality.
ULTRASONIC WELDING
Ultrasonic plastic welding is the joining or reforming of thermoplastics through the use of heat generated from high-frequency mechanical motion.
Most common uses are in the Automotive, Medical, Textile, Food, Plastics, and Packaging industries.
