Rubber Moulding
We began in 1984 as a rubber compounder and it remains as one of our core competences. Our in-house compounding and testing facilities give us an edge over our competitors. From natural and nitrile to EPDM and Viton, we have experience in moulding components with almost every type of rubber possible. With a facility of 35+ rubber moulding machines including injection, transfer, compression and even vacuum compression moulding machines. We possess both, knowledge and capability of manufacturing any kind of rubber component.
With our compounds, we guarantee that the quality of the material for your product will meet the highest requirements.
We have provided solutions to 500+ customers world-wide. Our rubber products are exported globally with a trade reputation for skilled engineering, timely delivery and unmatched quality.
MATERIALS & STORAGE
We work with all kinds of engineering rubbers and poses the experience and knowledge to work with new materials. Our customers have the flexibility to research and develop with us to stay ahead of their competition.
We have the expertise to work with Neoprene, Butyl, EPDM, Urethane, Hypalon, Silicone, Viton(R), Therban, Polyacrylic, PBR, SBR, Flurosilicone, HNBR, NBR, VAMAC, Natural, Cisamer etc.
Raw material is carefully stored in our 3000 sqft storage space. Special compounds are kept in cold storage.
IN-HOUSE COMPOUNDING & MIXING
As we cater to a wide variety of industries, we are well-versed with rubber compounding. Different applications require customized compound mixing. Our formulations are developed through 40+ years of experience.
We make everything from medical instruments to automobile parts.
Our compounding and mixing processes are well establised to provide high rate of repeatability. Every batch is identified and tested before further processing.
PRE-FORMING
Compounds are pre-formed into smaller chunks to obtain equal weight distribution in each cavity during compression moulding. This reduces wastage and ensures uniform output with no deviation.
For Injection moulding, compound is pre-formed into strips.
This process ensures accountability, saves cost and time.
COMPRESSION, INJECTION AND TRANSFER MOULDING
We have a range of 35+ rubber moulding machines that can cater to niche as well as bulk requirements. Our machines are regularly maintained for optimum output. Moreover, we keep updating our workshop with latest technologies and machinery to provide the best and cost effective service to our customers.
All our moulds are made in-house to compliment our machines and ensure product quality.
POST-PROCESSING, FINISHING & PACKAGING
Post-curing, Cryogenic de-flashing, buffing, stamping, washing/rinsing, powdering, coating etc are all done in-house by trained employees. Finishing process is closely monitored and the quality of finished product is strictly checked before packaging.
Worker training, waste elimination, cost reduction, team work and optimized workflow are our guiding principles for continual improvement.
We understand that process has a major impact on order fulfilment, so we optimize our work flow in the best way possible.
LABORATORY
We have the facility to test ageing, swelling, tensile strength, bonding, compression set, toughness etc of the rubber compound ensuring that all are compounds match our customers’ requirements.
As we work with a variety of compounds, our key strength is our knowledge of rubber compounding and it’s applications. Our compounds have successfully stood the test of time globally in varied environments.
